Keep in mind that VCST is about to release what could be a blockbuster product (the $99 card which allows users to create streaming video and upload it to the Web). That's what you have to look at here- book value and past income, earnings, and ratios are irrelevant unless the new product is a flop in which case all is lost. To me the questions are: ¾ Can they generate enough excitement to have a significant product launch? ¾ Can they get the product out the door in time for holiday sales ? & ¾ Will they have the right amount of product to meet demand? I'd also wait-and-see here. Momentum is down, but if it starts to go up, it could give quite a ride.
