Richard:

A nurse in the office heard an advertisement, or news commentary, on a local Maine radio station to the effect that Dartmouth Health Center(s) were looking for qualified subjects to participate in a study as described.

Previously we learned that schizophrenic subjects/trials are being conducted in the Boston area in association with Harvard Medical -- at least that is my understanding. Dartmouth and Mary Hitchcock Hospital are located in HH and were discreet from Harvard; however, things have changed and cooperation seems more prevalent. What makes sense is the fact that Dartmouth has established a network of satellite primary-care facilities in New England. Such a network would seem an ideal source of out-patient subjects.

I regret posting so vaguely and lacking firsthand knowledge -- just hoped someone else may have had wind of such a study. I will call the local Dartmouth center today to volunteer and see what they say.

Ciao, Ted
