Let's get the big picture here, folks.... GMD and it's in-bred group of directors obviously have no respect for the shareholders. The in-bred director boys are using GMD as a banking service to cover off their other bad deals elsewhere. There is an underlying note of desparation in the press release and the loan transactions. Is someone near the end of the rope? Get out as soon as you can...at any price. GMD has zero credibility in addition to its apparent disdain for shareholders. GMD's properties hold interest...but watch for the company that picks them up. This is the beginning of the end for this company.
