Hi DB,

Was wondering what happened to ya. Hope things are goodest with you and yours. I'm betting we get the action you want. Mr. Murphy has done right by us so far and is now setting up the next deal with Telefonica. I can't imagine how complicated this deal has to be with all the parties involved but I think it benefits both companies to do the deal so hopefully it will all come about. I hope the Q's keep showing improvement toward the black we want as that will really drive the price.
