Ole Smarty, Costa Rica huh, lucky girl... From SJ, be sure to head west to Quepos. Great little center inn owned by a Quebec family. Then south to Jaco beach, but hang on to your purse, the monkeys are well trained. Then head back north to Playa Grande, and walk along the beach under the full moon, but watch your step. The saddle back turtles are hatching. Enuf sun, head back north east, up to the largest rain forest in Central America and home to the worlds largest butterfly habitat. A few miles further inland brings you to Mt. Ariel, an active volcano which heats the local springs in the area. Save some strength for some dancing in San Jose, but be warned, do not drink the water, not even in a mix. Pack lots of suntan oil and don't talk to strangers, atleast none stranger than I.
