Pretty area, if I recall, but fairly isolated...I prefer Stamford, if one must live in Connecticut<g>....I am eager to move back to town, but we decided to wait until our son had finished high= school, since there is no urgency, and no need to disrupt his life. We scout around from time to time, not looking inside the buildings, just noting nice looking buildings: Foggy Bottom, West End, lower Georgetown, but we mostly think it will be somewhere like the Dupont Circle area (where my wife's office is now), Van Ness, or the Chevy Chase Circle area, maybe Friendship Heights..... |
