there's also a mini-fuel cell in the works, and some capacitor technology coming down the road as well that will shrink power sources. Just visited the PalmPilot site... those guys are so stupid they offer lots of ways to carry the unit in daily organizers and leather cases and what not. Don't they know that you can't fit that stuff into one's pocket? There's even an external modem, like that would ever sell. It "snaps" on... maybe they should include a free forklift with each one sold... -Spank
