Our local mall announced yesterday that they were expanding the shopping hours due to consumer confidence, etc. Folks are still spending at this point there is little doubt. Economy is appearing better in many ways but I am concerned whether it is sustainable.

Of course none of this has anything to do with equities. A nice, several day but shallow pullback should reload us for the next orgy upward I would think.

Edit: Of course with these types of headlines we should see panic buying and a buying orgy yet today:(
