if in looking at retaining engs: fore, nn, asnd (this is the most important one) Is this because right now FORE's employees' stock options are worthless due to MISSING EARNINGS REPEATEDLY and they know that if they get bought by LU, they will have a stable job and won't have to worry about getting a pink slip during one of their cost reduction phases?? Gee, maybe that is why they are still hanging out in Pittsburgh, hoping to get bought out so they don't stay a teeny tiny niche player.... ;o) JRH
