**OT** A very reasonable answer, but I have little faith in our current crop of politicians, and expect them to find a way to spend almost every red cent that comes their way, sticking Americans with extremely high tax rates as far out as the proverbial eye can see..... I say that Americans should have the right to spend, save or invest more of their own money as they see fit. Yogi
