And yes it is working with Stan's 1970 ideas with a twist -- it is now the 90's and this will work." If you are implying that innovation has stopped at Micron since Tyler left, I have to disagree. When he first left, I was concerned, but new processes and designs are being transferred from R&D to production more smoothly and more rapidly than ever. (I retired in June so I am speaking up to that point) Durcan is doing a spectacular job IMHO. It is a credit to Tyler that things are going well because he groomed Durcan and many of the top R&D managers. I don't want to bore the thread with this discussion as it is somewhat off topic, so please PM me if you want to discuss. By the way, Tyler is brilliant and I think if anybody can make Ovonyx fly it will be him.
