To all nhmcf INVESTORS: Check out American Tech. (ATEG): They are also taking legal action against apparently the same group of shorts. With this news, the stock is now flying (up 50% for the day). IMO, NHMCF case against these people can only be strengthened as more companies (e.g.ATEG) take LEGAL actions against these shorts! Investors appear to agree as the share price of these companies have increased impressively with these announcements, with very heavy volumes. Now we can focus on the company fundamentals, and the stock price should reflect revenues/earnings (not being subjected to illegal short action). By the way, the shorts will now have to buy back the shares (since nhmcf has stopped supplying them shares to cover), which can only help the stock price. If more good news are released soon and the price takes off, we can really see a short SQEEZE!
