Friday February 19, 9:49 am Eastern Time Company Press Release Log Point Buys Back Stock MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 1999--In accordance with its buy-back program, Log Point Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:LGPT), announced that through Feb. 19, 1999, it has purchased a total of 287,430 shares in the open market. These shares are being called for delivery in the name of Log Point and will be retired to the treasury. The company will continue to buy back stock in the open market.
