MSU made an error putting that much detail in the 10k.
I believe that they were supposed to keep this under wraps as part of the agreement. While it possible that they had to disclose that they had a contract that could have a material effect on their buisness, that level of detail was not required.

Perhaps it was a backdoor way to make public the info?
I don't know, but I think MSU is deserving of a spanking at the hands of CUBE.
