This is huge, huge, HUGE. There is only one other treatment for stroke and it is risky and only has a three hour window of opportunity from onset of stroke to treatment. Citicoline has a 24 hour window and apparently negligible side effects. Not to mention possible uses in head trauma, dementia, memory loss...This drug will be a blockbuster!
