Of course is isn't, John. If the Church as an organization does it, it is technically illegal. But the only time a DA even considers coming down on it is when the opposition party to what the church is doing is in power.

Ah, always good to hear from an authority. Care to cite chapter and verse from the IRS regulations along with the case law?
