The link you offer is to an obviously right wing group going after churches who supported Clinton and/or Gore. It's a charge, not a ruling, not a case. It's simply harassment. The same charge could be brought against Republicans in churches. The newest item breaks new ground. We'll still have to wait to see if anything will be made of it and if the IRS does anything.
