Insider selling not yet significant. Last week, two directors and three other people associated with the company but not officers filed 144 forms (intent to sell) on 287,000 shares at $65 7/8. After the recent runup, I would call that modest, probably meaningless, insider selling. Personally, I bought AMAT at 26 1/2 when everyone hated it and currently see no reason to sell it for the rest of this century.
