Robert -- The SPO for SFP actually will be accretive and increase EPS. The SPO will be used to retire SFP's debt. The savings in interest payments will add more than enough to profits to make up for the increase in the number of shares. Do the math -- it works out to be a plus, not a negative. -- Jim
