west of philly, they bought prime land from private school. gave some to towns in area. some to keep for a park.. and have been building for last four years on small piece of property. Some they sold off to smaller contractors at the other end of property a mile or two away.

It was a few years back ceo talked to maria and mentioned the vast inventory of approved vacant lands for housing. As areas grow or expand to the property they will build.

i wonder with these large construction outfits. housing slows down a little.. then labor and materials back off too. and these builders assuming land already on books may keep their margins. of course this builders at least in this area is not top end and not bottom rather in middle range , big houses, on small lots.
