Rain for the Humboldt Bay area over the summer, June, July and August in my yard was a total of a quarter inch. Pretty much of a drought for this portion of Redwood country. September is a little more than an inch. I hope it is a start to a good rainy season. 9 years ago, when we relocated to this area, it wasn't as dry as this. How has Laytonville been holding up for rain?
