Industries Ltd BOD (Feb 6,97) etcindustries.com Same day (Feb 6, 97) ETC issues 2.3 million special warrants: Shame on them...warrents good at 50 cents...current price 6 cents etcindustries.com Another private placement of 1.5 million units (March 18, 98) etcindustries.com Oh wait! Hey the stock has dropped from over 30 cents to 6 cents since this Mr. Charles was appointed to the BOD! No you don't say! But hey, issuing all those shares must have done SOMETHING good. All for the Good of those long term suckers...I mean holders of EIL. more private placement news... etcindustries.com Stock chart - Looks mighty grim. chart.canada-stockwatch.com OOPPS his stock fell 50% today- course it only traded $200 today. cbs.marketwatch.com All this found in only 30 minutes and ONE of his ventures.
