Remember Huttoe was above him and if Huttoe told him that he was buying back the stock, maybe he really thought they were. As far as the issueing of more shares, maybe he never saw the s-8 or????? I do not claim to know one way or the other, but just because he was part of management doesn't mean that he knew what the CEO was stating were lies, as of now, we don't know the facts, no one does really and that is why the SEC is investigating. I for one did not know that on Oct. 4 the SEC privately investigated them officially and that SEXI was notified of this. I'm glad Walther was honest and told us that. I think the SEC will do their job and we will definitely find out what this company is about. At least Walther is trying to hold the reigns of this bucking bronco. Linda
