Do we know the Supreme Court will rule on the motion on Monday?

If the case is sent back to the Court of Appeals, I agree that MSFT stock will get a boost.

My view is that the Supreme Court will not affirm the District Court's decision and order in this case. I also think the Supreme Court will allow the Court of Appeals to review the case first.
