Hmmm? <What's a good definition of Quality Stock in this economy?>

Low debt? Maintained some semblance of operating leverage and efficiency? If not, then working quickly towards getting there? Possibly at the low trend of a technology capital expenditure cycle? Good chance of increased demand in the future? Maybe APCC is the definition.

Or a known company, with a compelling valuation.

Or for the next few days, anywhere the money mismanagers are throwing their customers hard earned dollars to make the yearly closing look good.
