Nothing explicit about all of the information he gives having to be accurate Nonsense, he can't convey the state of the union through lies. It doesn't say that from time to time the President will shovel whatever b*s he wants toward congress. He might try to maintain that he didn't know the information was false, but we know that the CIA informed him of exactly that and that he removed the lie from his regular stump speech until Cheney's group noticed the SOTU didn't have enough pizzaz to start a war.
