NYSE NEW HIGHs @ 5
NYSE NEW LOWS @ 52

Its still early, but no sign of significant improvement. Please keep in mind that for us to return to a good uptrend, not just range trading trend, the NEW HIGHs need to get to the 200-300 range. Just to get back to a RANGE TRADING TREND I feel we need to get into the 150 range, at least 100.

Of course, the are many other factors which I consider besides just the NEW HIGHS/LOWs.
