The Supreme Court also "decided" Plessy v. Ferguson in 1896. At the time, a lot of people also probably thought that segregation was a "non issue" that would NEVER be outlawed... If the same timetable is followed on abortion, Roe v. Wade will be overturned in the year 2031.
