No I don't think I said that. I said Bush speaks just enough and that Kerry does not speak.

I know Bush has the bully pulpit, being the media is soooo conservative and all and Bush gets free hand whenever he thinks he may need a microphone ::rollseyes::

But Kerry, does not seem to be on the news, does not seem to be doing anything except saying how Bush is screwing up. Kerry seems to not have any plan except to chirp that Bush is doing it wrong. I think that is why Clinton and the DNC keep him quiet. When was te last time Kerry had any kind of public address? I don't know. But in honesty, I would not know.
