Hi Regine and Everyone,

I talked to Dr. Vertucci today. DROM is still a viable company working toward the formal signing of the contract with the USGA. He was extremely upset about the action of the SEC. They tell him now that a "private investigation" is underway and that no info about it will be released to anyone but "that in no way implies DROM is involved in any wrongdoing." Geeze, what a joke the SEC is. Those people are supposed to be looking out for us? Whoa, who needs friends like that?(G)

The USGA contract was sent back with no additions or corrections by DROM to the USGA on Tuesday. (my opinion) I think the USGA will probably wait before giving out the award to see what the SEC does. I don't like it but don't know if anything can be done about it. I know I emailed my Congressman and Senator today about this mess. I think all of us need to do the same thing. This company belongs to all of us and we deserve some answers other than the Gestapo line of "we can not divulge that info at this time."

Dr. Vertucci did tell me that if this wasn't all on the up and up, he would have unloaded his position many dollars ago and been in Europe(GGGGGG).

The auditor is balking on signing off on his finished audit until the SEC does something. He seems too nervous to do otherwise.....

Regine, I'd hold off on that no bid deal as tax season is over and you have all year to take the deduction now so I'd just hold onto my shares for now as they are not seemingly tradable anyway......

Take care,

MH
