Ratan,..Re:<<So waht happened yesterday to have SP stop tracking interest rates. >> I don't have any idea but if you consider that the banks and tech led the S&P to new highs this Spring, and then spreads between overnight and fed funds decreased to 0.5% and tech came out with mostly bad earnings, then unless a new leadership emerges pronto, maybe it's just re-group and wait? Just a thought, obviously I don't know the answer. Lee
