Matt, this is from the Jan 6th update of global; <Upon completion of our audited financial statement in the next few days, the Company will also undertake to file its Registration Statement Form 10SB, resulting in Global Platinum + Gold, Inc. becoming a fully reporting company.> Hopefully this will be completed before april. I am not aware of the stock that was stolen--when did this happen? What are the legal issues involved in this? Anyone ?? Joe
