Okay, I apologize about the "mortgaging the house" bit, I had you mixed up with another clown.
But your(and I paraphrase) comments about PMCS being a great buying opportunity were irresponsible and careless at best. It's now fallen below the $60 mark, and now is looking at that as resistance. Nothing is going to come back on "future expectations" any more. it is going to take proof, not guidance

Apology accepted....i think. So you got me "mixed up with ANOTHER clown" <ggg>
Thanks again for the apology!<g>

Buying PMCS was the idea after Cisco's earnings but of course the next day one was able to make a better assessment of the situation...of course i did not buy it. I don't trade afterhours.
Did you notice that the downside in this stock is somewhat limited now...even while many downgrades of optical/communication stocks have persisted.
Actually, I will start looking at it again once we see just a bit of an improvement in Cisco....or I might take a chance if it drops a bit. However, there are other communication chips stocks that may be better buys. I am not religious about buying only PMCS....No rush until the bigger caps move back up. I am holding the large caps and am considering getting into JNPR again very soon.

You are saying that nothing will come back on guidance and only if there is proof will we see the stock move.
I will tell you one thing, if we see proof, it may be way to late too buy the stock!

BTW--I don't have a big position in Cisco.
