IMHO, i think we will get a proxy about two weeks before the merger vote. We can vote no. I also think there is a fair chance of some kind of settlement before the merger date which, btw, I don't think has bet set yet. just mho.

I have feb 5 calls and i plan to call them as soon as i hear of he proxy.
