Darin, I kind of know who FSII is.....IMHO they are not in the same league as AMAT. plus, I have some reservations about their technology...but you probably know what a technical expert I am (Yeah, right!?) my understanding is their niche is much lower margined and they appear to compete with MTSN and GSNX, and probably others...their BTB has been weak for quite awhile....I don't wish them bad luck, just this is some of what I've heard about them......TS
