Roy, I am not saying that Product Life Cycle management will increase the stickiness of the exchange. All I am doing is to list some of the stuff to generate some discussion.

I still believe that exchange is relatively easy to set up. will become a commodity and some thing extra must be provided to increase the switching cost. I hope CMRC is well prepared. They may not have to do that now, but they have to address that some time down the road.
