Yeah, well, they don't celebrate their membership with testimonials on government property... But we do celebrate the lives of Washington and Jefferson and other slaveowners. Perhaps you think the South should forget its history? Perhaps we should do like Stalin and round up all the old photos and drawings and get them retouched. Nobody in the South is going around promoting racism or slavery. The reality is that's part of our history and we celebrate our history in its entirety. If you're an out of place Yankee maybe you ought to get the hell out of the South and get to a place where you belong and would fit in. NYC, for example.
