Sorry Terry, I didn't mean not to listen. My posts have only said the following things:

1.) AMAT is a great company, with great products.
2.) AMAT's business is good.
3.) AMAT's valuation is very high - too high.
4.) AMAT has had some insider selling reported recently.
5.) AMAT is being valued as if it is at the bottom of a business cycle getting ready to explode.
6.) I know an analyst that believes that the semi-equipment companies are at a "relative" top of the cycle, and AMAT looks like they are valued too high - relatively speaking. (Keep in mind a 21.6x - which is regarded as the industry average and a high valuation as well - would reduce AMAT's stock price by $20.00 or so.)
7.) Even mightly Intel is valued around 21x earnings - AMAT is valued an additonal 12x above that!
8.) There is some evidence that some FABs are being delayed, or canceled, and that this too will likely effect AMAT earnings.
