I would be very surprised if anyone would be interested in buying it for a business that needed a property of that magnitude -- unless they could get Obama's administration to pay them to do so, like with Solyndra.
Heckuva deal. We taxpayers get to pay to build the monstrosity in the first place, now we get to pay to subsidize some buyer who wants to buy the building for whatever reason.
