I see this as very positive.

I don't pretend to know how all the #'s work

But I see someone willing to accept MDIN's IOU (stock)

To me this is a sign the people in-the-know have atleast enough
faith they will be paid and up to 3 years from now.

MDIN has some decent collaterale somewhere
