Hi Dave, You've got a good question for which I have NO decent answer ! Initially the stock was halted so the ASE & ASC (exchange & commision) could investigate the takeover of some Albanian mines Redbird purchased last Sept/Oct/Nov. Redbird has provided both the ASE & ASC with all the information they've asked for. According to those in &/or close to the company, the ASE has approved of Redbird for listing a couple of weeks ago. It's the ASC which still has doubts and has required more information. Why? I don't know. The company is definitely well backed, because it has continued its drilling of Redlake, King Bay & other properties in the NW of Ontario.
As to when the ASC will finally approve Redbird for listing again ? It's anybody's guess.

We can only hope it'll be sooner rather than later...
