I don't think SKEY can lose! Before the SKEY drop, MECC major
shareholders announced that this merger would be a good fit. With
Skey shares up and yesterday's news article supporting SKEY's strong
market position in spite of poor earnings, the shareholders will
probably go ahead with the deal.
If another bidder comes into the picture, and upsets the deal,
SKEY stands to make $10MM. (not bad for a days work!)
