Joby, Mario, here is the response I received April 27, 1999. from Nancy Chan. If investors are on edge this will create a buying opportunity. IMO the results should be positive taking into account Bankline is profitable and will add to EPS. MJ We expect the earnings release to be ready in the next couple of weeks. The delay has been due to a number of reasons. Firstly, consolidation of the various acquisitions that were made last year. As well, we have been reviewing the best presentation for our financials in anticipation of a NASDAQ listing this year-we have been looking at whether to report in the U.S. dollar, U.S. GAAP now or 1999. The 1998 annual report will be our main selling document and we want to make sure it will presented appropriately for the U.S. investment community.
