Jeffrey, how do you define low quality. A company that has turned around and into the black, increased sales sequentially by 63%, couldn't fill orders quick enough for Lucent is certainly not low quality to me. The low float will propel stock much higher. Look at OPTC, another low float "low tech" stock, broke out, consolidated, and hitting new high again today.

I wish there's a large short interest in MWAV to fuel the inevitable rally to come. The only thing worse than not owning a low float small cap stock that has broken out is shorting it.
