Robin:

Your question is an extremely valid one. But remember: they have gone throgh TWO major management upheavals. The first was last year when they bounced the founder and CEO, Andy Tybaldos (or whatever his name is). The second was when Peters and Comandini left a couple of weeks ago.

That is pretty dramatic stuff.

I don't know if you have been following the recent saga of Centennial Technologies (NYSE: CTN), but it sounds awfully familiar i.e. trading halt, re-stated financials, senior executive departures.

Let me add, however, that this is where the similarities end. Noone at CTRN, past or present, has been charged with any criminal wrongdoing. The alleged Centennial misdeeds are reminiscent of the Crazy Eddy or Kurzweil situations. Computron, by comparison, just sounds like some profoundly incompetent accounting.

Still, back to your question: why all the executive changes? I can't wait for the annual meeting.
