Microsoft & Recent Lack of Volatility Well, sure, it would be very nice if Raptor was in play, but don't hold your breath. On the other hand, the idea of Microsoft making an offer for RAPT isn't farfetched. Recent trading activity in Raptor is putting me to sleep. Since it went public, RAPT has been given to wild price swings, but it has barely budged from 19 since the last earnings' release. Any technical analysts out there? Was RAPT being manipulated, and now those guys lost interest?
