I thought I read in some newspaper a few months ago that Martha Stewart and other officers of MSO sold stock of MSO when she first received confidential advice that the SEC may be investigating her trades in Imclone, but before this was public knowledge. This would be classic insider trading on non-public material information because any SEC investigation of her was bound to affect the stock of MSO.
I have seen no references to this in any recent press.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks
