The saga continues, this time with good news. The judge apparently has denied "without prejudice" the ENUFF motion to refer Biosafe's permit back to the MADEP. He ruled that the originally planned hearing on the merits of the permit can now procede. Both sides think this can happen within the month. This is all according to today's Standard-Times. We still have a few steps to go, but I would hope we are nearing the end and Biosafe can start concentrating on remodelling. Hope to have a Moortetown, Vermont permit announcement by the end of the month. Perhaps that's what the Investor Relations guys are waiting for. With the ENUFF flap quiet, Mooretown and mid October project financing, look for a big promotion and a rapid rise in stock price. Hope so. Allan
