Gary, OK it's $50 call price. Don't know why anyone would switch into the common stock. Your cost per share at today's prices would be $26.78 for 4.762 shares per share of the Pref. You would lose $23 dollars per share. Funny, they don't send annual reports to Pref stockholders. martin
