I think I remember a press release over a year ago where AIPN stated that they anticipated some $60 million annual revenues from their asphalt contracts with Coastal Corp. Acoording to their recent press release startup is mid-June. The Kazakstan concession also looks promising. But the stock price continues to languish. Is this a "diamond in the rough" ?
